This site sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts and embeds no trackers or ads. The only thing remembered is the language you pick — in your browser's local storage, on your machine; nothing is sent anywhere.
Diagnosis is fully offline: Bedside reads your Mods folder, your caches and your saves on your machine, and nothing else. Seven functions of the app can reach the network, not one more. Three only download: app updates, the knowledge base and the creators' directory. Four send something: the CurseForge watch and the version index send file fingerprints, the discount field sends the code you type along with the app's version and language, telemetry sends counters. Never a file name, never a path.
And today, none of those four goes anywhere: the CurseForge watch and the version index have no address until you give them one, telemetry starts unticked, and Tanven's servers are not online yet. When one of these services stays silent, Bedside writes "unreachable" — never "all good".
It only exists if you opt in. Before anything is sent, Bedside shows the exact payload — you see what leaves, or nothing leaves.
