Tanven makes mods and tools, sorted by world: The Sims 4 (Roots, Sims That Plan Ahead), Paralives (ParaPilot), embroidery and cutting. More games will follow. Bedside and TidyWren are in development.
No Tanven program tells you more than it knows. Whatever can't be undone is said plainly. That's the only thing worth trusting.
Tanven is a one-person company: a name in a registry, not a team. The logbook tells, month after month, what got fixed and what a patch broke.
Tanven programs redistribute no mod file.
ParaPilot is free. Roots and Sims That Plan Ahead will be free for everyone, two weeks after members get them: being a member or donating is what funds their development. Sims That Plan Ahead has been on hold since 24 September: Roots comes first.
To give: the Support page — the tiers, and where to give.
Never a popup, never a guilt trip.
This site — and every Tanven program — will never show ads. Out of respect: no trackers, no cookie banner, nothing that follows you or monetises your attention. And out of frugality: light pages, free of ad scripts, that load fast and use little energy. The only thing this site is trying to earn is your trust.
This site sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts and embeds no trackers or ads. The only thing remembered is the language you pick — in your browser's local storage, on your machine; nothing is sent anywhere. The site keeps one counter: the number of ParaPilot downloads made from its page, a total per file, keeping nothing about you (no IP address, no browser, no identifier). The site also counts downloads of the beta installer, per day and per version, keeping nothing about anyone.
Comments on the ParaPilot page: we keep your nickname, your message, the day it was sent and the number of hearts, nothing else (no IP address, no browser). They show up right away; each one is also sent to a private channel on Tanven's Discord, so abuse can be hidden. The hearts you've given are remembered by your browser, on your device. To have a comment removed: contact@tanven.dev.
On the TidyWren beta tasks page, your answers also stay in your browser, on your device, until you clear them.
